Event and Wedding Expo at Arcadia Live

Arcadia Live brings back its Event and Wedding Expo on March 1, 2026 from 2 pm to 4 pm, offering an afternoon designed for couples, event planners, and anyone preparing for a special celebration. After welcoming more than 300 attendees and over 30 vendors last year, the 2026 expo expands its reach with the creation of an official Arcadia Live preferred vendor list. Every vendor participating in the 2026 Expo will be featured on this list, extending marketing opportunities to Arcadia clients and beyond.

Admission is free for all attendees. The expo will feature live music, bottomless mimosas, and multiple raffle opportunities, including a chance to win 10% off a booking at Arcadia Live. Guests can explore vendor booths, connect with local professionals, and gather inspiration for weddings, parties, and special events, all within one of downtown Kerrville’s premier event venues.
