This New Spot Has Quickly Become One of Kerrville’s Go-To Spots for Fun

Since opening late last year, 18 Holes Simulator Golf & Games has quickly carved out its place as one of Kerrville’s most unique and entertaining destinations.

Located at 733 Hill Country Drive, this locally owned indoor golf and games lounge is bringing a fresh experience to the Hill Country, one that offers tons of fun rain or shine, hot or cold, day or night.

At the heart of the business are three state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulator bays, offering access to more than 500 real courses from around the world. Players can tee it up at world-famous destinations like Pebble Beach, sharpen their skills on a virtual driving range, or break down their swing with pro-level data typically reserved for serious golfers.

But what’s really great is that you don’t have to be a golfer to have a great time.

18 Holes was designed as a true family fun center. In addition to golf, the simulators include family-friendly games for younger players, like putt-putt, making it fun and approachable for all ages.

While the golf simulator bays are the main attraction, there’s a whole lot more going on. You’ll also find pool tables, an auto-scoring dart board, and several TVs all throughout the venue, including three featuring interactive online trivia.

Whether it’s a casual family outing, a birthday party, a friend group hangout, or an after-work meetup, there’s something for everyone.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with beer, wine, seltzers, and casual favorites like Nathan’s Famous hot dogs, cheese dogs, chili dogs, nachos, burgers, and more. So whether you’re there to play or catch a game, it’s a place you’ll want to stay awhile.

One of the biggest surprises? The pricing. Their simulator rates are roughly half the national average for similar facilities, and they offer a variety of membership options for frequent players. That makes it a great choice for both serious golfers looking to improve and casual players just wanting a fun night out.

But the fun isn’t just at night. The afternoon happy hour at 18 Holes has already become a weekday favorite in Kerrville. From Tuesday through Friday, 3–6 pm, domestic beers are just $2.50, imports and seltzers are $3.50, and wine specials vary. It’s one of the better drink deals in town, and you can pair it with a few swings in the simulator or a round of darts while you’re there.

They’re also running a lunch promotion that’s hard to beat: book a simulator bay between 11 am and 2 pm Tuesday through Friday and receive a free Nathan’s Famous 1/4 lb hot dog (classic, cheese, or chili).

Open during the week from Tuesday through Thursday from 8 am to 9 pm, on weekends, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 11 pm, and Sundays from 8 am to 6 pm (with extended hours for major sporting events), 18 Holes offers an exciting entertainment option that’s fun any time of year.
