Trick or Treat Water Street at the Water Street Festival
October 24 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
The 2026 Water Street Festival in downtown Kerrville will feature a special trick-or-treat experience for children, with participating vendors and downtown businesses handing out candy along Water Street. Families can pick up a free trick-or-treat bag at The Star, then look for “Trick or Treat Water Street” signs at participating booths and businesses to collect treats while exploring the festival’s shopping, art, music, and other activities.
The event takes place Saturday, October 24, from 9 am to 3 pm along Water Street in downtown Kerrville. Admission is free, and candy and trick-or-treat bags are available while supplies last. Ken Stoepel Ford is helping support this addition to the festival and its Kids Zone.
