Symphony of the Hills: Bach to the Beatles at Cailloux Theater

The Symphony of the Hills opens its 25th season with an evening of music that blends timeless classical works with beloved popular favorites. The concert takes place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts, 910 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028. A reception will begin at 6 pm, followed by the concert at 7 pm.

This program was chosen to bring reflection and connection to the Hill Country community. It includes Gustav Mahler’s soul-filled Adagietto from Symphony No. 5, two movements from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, the finale of Amy Beach’s groundbreaking “Gaelic” Symphony, and Mozart’s sublime Clarinet Concerto in A performed by virtuoso Vanguel Tangarov. The evening concludes with “Remembering the Beatles,” a celebration of one of the most iconic pop groups of all time.
