Symphony of the Hills: A Time to Rejoice – Handel’s Messiah at the Cailloux Theater

Symphony of the Hills will present its annual holiday concert, A Time to Rejoice – Handel’s Messiah, offering an uplifting evening of cherished seasonal music. This beloved program features selected movements from Handel’s Messiah, showcasing the powerful blend of orchestra and voices that has made it a timeless tradition around the world. The performance also includes the much-anticipated community sing-along, a joyful highlight that celebrates the Hill Country’s rich vocal talent.

In addition to Messiah, the concert will feature works such as Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride, Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Greensleeves, selections from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and other festive pieces arranged for orchestra. Conducted by Andrea Runnels, the evening promises a moving and memorable start to the holiday season.

The concert will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 7 pm at the Cailloux Theater in Kerrville.
