Paddleboard Yoga with Sara at Louise Hays Park

Paddleboard Yoga with Sara takes place on May 17, 2026 at 1 pm at Louise Hays Park in Kerrville. Hosted by Kerrville Kayak and Canoe, this free outdoor class combines paddleboarding and yoga in a relaxing riverfront setting.
Participants can enjoy a guided yoga session on paddleboards while taking in the scenery along the Guadalupe River. Paddleboards will be available to rent for those who do not have their own equipment.
Class size is limited to 10 participants, and advance reservations are required. Additional classes are also scheduled for May 31.
