Nervous System Reset Yoga at Unity of the Hill Country

Nervous System Reset Yoga takes place on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11 am at Unity of the Hill Country in Kerrville. This wellness session combines gentle movement and sound healing to support relaxation and balance.
The class includes a Yin Yoga practice led by Celestin Garcia, followed by a sound bath facilitated by Linda Bertel. Participants can expect a calming experience designed to help regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of ease.
The session is offered on a pay-what-you-will basis. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or yoga mat.
