Meditative Sound Bath – Humbling Bloom at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library

Adults looking for a calming wellness experience can attend the Meditative Sound Bath with Humbling Bloom at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library on June 5. Led by Amanda from Humbling Bloom, the session offers a relaxing environment focused on mindfulness and sound-based meditation.

Participants will experience a meditative sound bath featuring resonant singing bowls designed to promote relaxation and stress relief. The program takes place from 5 pm to 5:45 pm in the First Floor Meeting Room at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library, located at 505 Water St., Kerrville, TX 78028.

The event is open to adults ages 18 and older. Donations for the Humbling Bloom instructor are appreciated.
