Kerrville-Schreiner Park Earth Day Promo & Hike at Kerrville-Schreiner Park

An Earth Day celebration takes place at Kerrville-Schreiner Park on April 22, 2026, offering a full day of outdoor activities in the Texas Hill Country. Hosted by the City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department, the event invites the community to explore the park and enjoy nature.

Free day-use entry will be available from 8 am to 5 pm, giving visitors the opportunity to hike, relax, and take in the scenic surroundings. An Earth Day Interpretive Hike begins at 10 am at Trailhead 5, presented in partnership with the Riverside Nature Center. The guided hike will highlight native plants, local wildlife, and simple ways to help protect the environment.
