Hill Country Landowner 101 at Riverside Nature Center Association

Property owners and newcomers to the Texas Hill Country can gain practical land management knowledge during Hill Country Landowner 101 on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Riverside Nature Center Association in Kerrville.

The workshop is designed for individuals who are new to the region or who have recently acquired property in the Hill Country. Topics will include wildlife tax valuation, soil health, erosion control, rangeland plants, and rainwater harvesting. Attendees will also receive a copy of Jim Stanley’s “Hill Country Landowner Guide.”

Lunch will be provided during the educational program, which is sponsored by Hill Country Legacy Partners.

Program fees are $30 per person or $50 per couple.
