Fire & Smoke: Steak Night & Sausage Class takes place on June 6, 2026 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Turtle Creek Vineyard in Kerrville. This immersive culinary experience combines hands-on sausage making instruction with a steakhouse-style dinner in a relaxed vineyard setting.
The evening is led by Bill Dumas, widely known as the “Sausage Sensei,” who will guide participants through sausage-making techniques, preparation methods, and insider tips gathered from years of experience in award-winning barbecue restaurants and USDA-inspected production facilities.
Guests will also enjoy premium steak selections from Branded Meat Market, pairing bold flavors with the interactive cooking experience. The class is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced pitmasters looking to refine their craft.
Tickets are $200 per person.
