Beginning Watercolor with Kandi Stimson at Kerr Arts & Cultural Center

Beginning Watercolor with Kandi Stimson is a three-week class held on Saturdays, April 11 and April 25, and May 2, 2026 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Kerr Arts & Cultural Center in Kerrville. This instructional workshop offers an introduction to watercolor techniques in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Led by instructor Kandi Stimson, the class covers essential skills including understanding supplies, brush techniques, paint mixing, washes, glazing, layering, and basic color theory. Participants will also explore value, edges, texture, and composition while completing several paintings throughout the course.

Tuition is $125 for the full three-week session. A supply list will be provided after registration.
