An Evening with Birds: Purple Martin Bird Watch at Turtle Creek Vineyard

Nature lovers and bird enthusiasts are invited to gather for An Evening with Birds: Purple Martin Bird Watch on June 19, 2026 from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Turtle Creek Vineyard in Kerrville.

The evening will focus on the beauty and conservation of Purple Martins, one of Texas’ most recognized migratory bird species. Guest speaker Kevin Pillow from Wild Birds Unlimited will share information about Purple Martin behavior, migration patterns, and conservation efforts before guests enjoy a special screening of the documentary Purple Haze.

Set among the scenic surroundings of Turtle Creek Vineyard, the event offers a relaxed atmosphere for visitors interested in wildlife, conservation, and community conversation.

Admission is free, though RSVPs are required to attend.
