Playhouse 2000 brings the witty Cold War-era comedy Red Herring to the VK Garage Theater from November 6–22, 2026 in Kerrville.
Set in the 1950s during the height of the Cold War, Red Herring blends spy thriller, romance, mystery, and screwball comedy into a fast-paced story filled with political intrigue, clever twists, and sharp dialogue. Beneath its humor, the play explores themes of truth, trust, and human connection, offering audiences both laughs and thought-provoking moments.
Performances are scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm, with Sunday matinees on November 15 and November 22 at 2:30 pm.
The production will be presented at the VK Garage Theater, located within the Cailloux Performing Arts Center, 910 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028.
