Tea Party – Celebrate Howard Lacey at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library

History, conversation, and refreshments come together during Tea Party – Celebrate Howard Lacey at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library on June 12. The special gathering will honor the life and accomplishments of Howard Lacey while recognizing the historic Lacey Oak, a native Texas tree named in his honor.

Guests can enjoy tea and scones while learning about Lacey’s lasting influence on the Texas Hill Country through research and historical presentations shared by members of the Kerrville Genealogical Society. The event is presented in connection with SPARK! events at KACC.

The program takes place from 1 pm to 4 pm in the First Floor Meeting Room at Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library, located at 505 Water St., Kerrville, TX 78028. The event is open to adults ages 18 and older.
